Change of Mind Policy
If you’ve bought something and simply changed your mind, you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund. Due to health and safety concerns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and including all accessories. The return shipping cost for a change of mind is your responsibility.
If a return is approved but does not meet the return policy terms (used, opened, or unsealed), a 20% restocking fee will be applied. To request a return or replacement, you must submit a photo or video showing the product you wish to return or the issue you are experiencing with your product.
How Long Is the Warranty?
In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee, SkinPen US offers a one-year warranty period from the date of your product purchase.
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, SkinPen US will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This includes any damage incurred after delivery, attempts to alter the product, or if the product has been dropped or broken.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
